why can’t i view the videoes my daughter sends me of my grandson she has taken on her digtal camera?

sometimes my daughter will send me little video of my grandson that she has taken on her camera. I can’t view them why?

You need software that is compatible with her camera’s.
There are many generic software vid programs- mostly free.
At least one should be a default viewer on your computer, like Windows Viewer.
If that isn’t working, try downloading RealPlayer or QuickTime.
Both have free versions, and one or the other should work.
